   •    All services must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform.
   •    Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

For coaching or consulting sessions:
   •    You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or free reschedule.
   •    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

 

For workshops or events:
   •    Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event unless otherwise specified.
   •    If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
